Form Communal was set up by an experienced property manager who recognised there was a need for reliable and trustworthy cleaning and maintenance contractors.

This experience gives Form a unique proposition, we have a good understanding of the industry and the demands placed on Property and Facility Managers. We aim to work in partnership to help alleviate some of your problems and provide a quality, reliable and trustworthy service.

We pro-actively manage sites that we are working on, reporting problems back to property managers and providing quotations where required. We also provide a highly visible service to on-site clients, completing attendance sheets, leaving information explaining who we are, the service we are providing and our contact details to encourage direct communication.
